FAQ
What fig2PPT does, and what to expect.
What image formats can I upload?
PNG and JPEG, up to 15 MB. The figure should be reasonably legible — clearer input gives a cleaner slide.
Is the output really editable?
Yes. Every text box, shape, arrow, and formula is a native PowerPoint object. We never ship a full-slide screenshot — an automated provenance check enforces this.
How long does a conversion take?
Usually 10 to 25 minutes. You can close the tab — the job keeps running and you can check back any time. If a conversion runs too long we stop it automatically and refund the credit you spent on it. A slow job never costs you anything.
What happens to my figure?
Your input and the generated slide are deleted automatically 24 hours after the conversion finishes — whether or not you downloaded it. We can't keep your figure — the infrastructure removes it.
What if the conversion fails?
If we can't convert a figure, the credit you spent on it is refunded automatically — no action required. You can adjust the image and try again.
How do credits work?
One credit converts one figure: the credit is spent when the conversion starts, and the PowerPoint file is ready to download as soon as it succeeds. Buy credits in packs; they never expire. There's no subscription.
